Stitching is covered for 5 years post-delivery should the stitching fail prematurely due to normal wear and tear—please use the contact form to request a stitching evaluation. Damage apart from normal wear and tear generally is not covered.

Return and Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are generally not accepted given the custom nature of these products unless a quality issue exists with the received product.
